Emily Cain has pulled out of the final debate because the independent candidate, Blaine Richardson, was not invited.
Bruce Poliquin, Emily Cain and Blaine Richardson, all candidates hoping to represent Maine’s 2nd Congressional District, participated in their third debate in Presque Isle on Tuesday night.
“Debate” may no longer be an accurate descriptor for the event, as only independent candidate Eliot Cutler will be in attendance.
